Photopoint Monitoring around lakes Alexandrina and Albert

Fixed Point Photo Sites

Help us with monitoring while you are sightseeing!

The Goolwa to Wellington Local Action Planning Association (GWLAP) has set up fixed photo monitoring points at more than 20 locations around lakes Alexandrina and Albert. The photo points are located on Council Reserves and can be accessed by members of the public.

Locals and visitors are invited to take photos at these points to assist in documenting changes in the lakes over time.

The photo points consist of a fixed camera plate with instructions on how to use it and a site ID tag. All you have to do is take a photo, record the date and site ID code and Email the picture and information to .

All photos will go into a database to become a visual record of changes around the Lakes through the seasons and years.
