Watchalunga is a property owned by the Nature Foundation of SA and is known habitat for the endangered Mount Lofty Ranges Southern Emu Wren.
Goolwa to Wellignton LAP and Nature Foundation SA are working together to revegetate the reserve and expand the habitat for emu-wrens.
